RF Analog Researcher

The Department of Electrical Engineering at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) invites applications for a 3 years research contract. The applicant should ideally have a record of good publications and knowledge in analog and radio frequency integrated circuits and power amplifiers. The applicant should be a PhD graduate to apply for a postdoctoral fellow position, however, a qualified master graduate will be considered for a research associate status.

The project is fully funded by the Semiconductor Research Corporation (www.src.org) and the AUS (www.aus.edu) and will be located in the UAE. The package associated is attractive and the technical facilities and equipment available are state‐of‐the‐art, including a class 10,000 clean room for chip characterization. A dedicated EDA lab for research with latest PDKs on Cadence tools is available. The researcher will join a group of young and active researchers and students in a friendly and academically active environment.

For applications or for more information on the project, please send your CV or email
