SENIOR DEVICE MODELING ENGINEER

Incize, a start-up company in the field of providing CMOS characterization and modeling services for foundries and fabless semiconductor companies is recruiting an experienced device-modeling engineer.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. or PhD in electronics (devices).
  
• Experience in CMOS device modeling and compact models (covering areas of small- and large-signal, flicker and RF noise, and high frequency operation).
  
• Familiarity and experience with CAD tools (Cadence, Synopsis, Mentor Graphics).
  
• Entrepreneurship spirit. The candidate should be motivated to work in an emerging start-up with high potential of success.
  
• Experience in PDK is an extra.
  
• Know-how for RF device modeling is an added advantage.
  

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop and lead a modeling team in a new start-up.
  
• Prepare the modeling kit and methodologies (extraction routines) for state-of-the-art CMOS technologies (on both bulk and SOI technologies).
  
• Extend existing models (commercially available) for RF applications.
  
• Provide PDK services (RF extension) for foundries and fabless clients.
