Analog IC Senior Design Engineer (REF PMDE01)
Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) IC Design Engineer to join our company. In this position you will be responsible for the design of state-of-the-art highly integrated power management integrated circuits (PMICs). The selected candidate will be part of a team who is working in high efficiency power management chips, and will be involved in the design of power drivers, PWM controllers, digital filters, ADCs, LDOs, clock generators, reference circuits, and temperature sensors. As a senior design engineer, you will be acting as a key contributor to the design, implementation, and verification of the designed chips. You will also be contributing to chip level architectures, as well as coordinating and leading the work of junior engineers and leading specific tasks. Requirements M.Sc./B.Sc. degree with 4+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC development Hands-on experience with ADC circuit designs Familiar with Cadence front-end/back-end tools and OCEAN scripting language (Mentor flow is a plus) Knowledge of behavioral modeling languages (Verilog, Verilog-A/MS) Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to mixed-signal ICs Excellent written and spoken communications skills, both in Arabic and English Ability to work independently and to lead engineers for small and medium size projects.
