Senior Embedded Software Engineer- SON

Position Type: Full Time – Regular

Responsibilities
*Develop simulation models to assess and software prototypes of SON algorithms.
*Work with team on implementing software realizations of SON algorithms in C
*Define and document new SON system requirements
*Port developed software on target HW platforms
*Validate system functionality, performance and stress testing against simulators and in a real deployment setup
*Maintain developed code and perform bug fixing

Job Requirements
*B.Sc. in Computer/Electrical Engineering, MSc preferred
*6+Years’ Experience in the same field
*Strong background in networking protocols and layers
*MUST be proficient in ‘C' programming language and understand good coding practices
*Must have experience in programming under windows or Linux
*Good knowledge of programming using multi-threading
*Prior experience with embedded systems and real time operating systems (RTOS) is preferred
* Strong knowledge of socket programming
* Strong knowledge in tooling and scripting is preferred
* Strong English language for speaking and technical writing
*Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
