JUNIOR EMBEDDED DESIGN Engineer(S) in VSTAR Safety TEAM

3 open positions in the ESD division that is opening a new activity/Team in Cairo .The team is expected to have 4 engineers.

Team Goal

• Insure and qualify ISO-26262 compliant VSTAR modules. 
  

Product:

• The Volcano VSTAR basic software stack provides a fully AUTOSAR 4.0-compliant and scalable middleware for ECU design, which abstracts the application from the hardware-dependent layer
  
• VSTAR is part of the comprehensive Mentor Graphics vehicle systems design toolset, which provides a robust medium for an AUTOSAR-based vehicle system design flow, including E/E architectural design, application software development, virtual validation, and SW test. 

Job Qualification:

• B.Sc. Degree of Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering (with minimum V. Good with honors)
  
• 1+ Years in Experience in Embedded Software (Preferably in Automotive field) 
  
• Good knowledge in C/C++/Embedded C 
  
• Knowledge in Automotive Software Engineering 
  
• Knowledge of automotive development processes (focus on software) 
  
• Good knowledge in AUTOSAR Standard 
  
• Knowledge of Automotive bus systems such as CAN, LIN or Flexray is a plus 
  
• Knowledge of Automotive specific MCUs (LikeMPC56xx, Fujitsu ECU with Cortex R4. Renesas ECU with V850) is a plus 
  
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment 
  
• Highly capable of self-learning 
  
• Team player
