Course Objectives
1Sheeld is a mobile app and a board that turns your smartphone into an open platform for Arduino. The idea basically is to make your smart phone act as an input/output to the Arduino, so you can use the touch screen of your smartphone as an LCD, or make the phone an Arduino controller starting with simple push buttons, keypad, or keyboard or voice recognition! Or use it as an output from Arduino like logging data on it, or converting text to speech or use it as a music player. So basically whatever your phone does, you can link it to Arduino, think about Facebook, Twitter, Skype (Yes you can stream a video call!), touch screen, music player, GPS sensor, Gyroscope sensor and much more!
Through these video tutorials you will learn how to use 1sheeld for many interesting applications.
